How to Confirm Your DSA Membership

Here is how to confirm your DSA membership by setting up you Virtual Membership Card!

Step 1: Go to https://optin.dsausa.org/

Step 2: Enter the email that you used to sign up with National DSA (https://act.dsausa.org/donate/membership2020/)

  • If you are a current dues paying member of DSA you will receive an email with instructions on how to set up your password!
  • If you do not get an email within the next few hours, your membership may have recently expired! Please renew at dsausa.org/join
  • If you need a dues waiver, please apply at act.dsausa.org/survey/dueswaiver/

Step 3: Check your inbox for an email from “DSA No Reply” and click the button to set up your password

Step 4: Go to proof.dsausa.org to login with your email and password from earlier

Step 5: use the “Send Membership Proof” window to enter “syracusedsa@protonmail.com” to confirm your membership with Syracuse DSA.

If you have applied for a dues waiver, please forward your application confirmation email to “syracusedsa@protonmail.com” in lieu of the virtual membership card!
